Lokesh Chandra is a highly accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with more than two decades of experience in clinical practice, academics, research, and leadership. He currently serves as Professor & Head, PG Guide, PhD Guide, and Research Coordinator at Santosh Dental College & Hospital, Santosh Deemed to be University, Ghaziabad.
He completed his BDS from Manipal College of Dental Sciences and MDS from Bapuji Dental College, Davangere. He further enhanced his academic credentials with a Fellowship from ICOI (USA), a Ph.D. in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, an MBA in Hospital Administration, and Fellowship of IBOMS.
Dr. Chandra is a founder member of the Delhi NCR Chapter of AOMSI and currently serves as its Honorary Treasurer. He has played a pivotal role in organizing major academic events, including the 9th Annual Conference of Delhi NCR AOMSI as Scientific Chairman and the 47th National Conference of AOMSI, Delhi.
An esteemed academician and speaker, he has delivered keynote lectures, chaired scientific sessions, and participated as a panelist at numerous national and international conferences, including the Asian Congress of AOMSI and multiple annual AOMSI conferences. He has over 40 national and international publications and actively mentors research projects funded by the Department of Health Research and CSIR.
